I also found out that it's shampoo-style while searching, so I'm asking you a question.

1.Can I sleep after shampooing??? I'd like to know how it feels compared to the clip type or the fixed type

2. I don't know if it goes off easily when I wash my hair
If it goes well, is daily life or swimming exercise impossible?

It's not easy to fix your hair because it can get damaged when you wash your hair

3. How much holding force is compared to clip type
