Hair transplant? Wigs? Which one is better?

I'm a 37-year-old 男 who needs to do it quickly after seeing seniors' hair transplants and wig reviews.
Since I was young, I've been told that baldness is an inheritance and there is no medicine, so I've been neglecting it even if hair loss progresses.
I and people around me always thought I didn't have a head, but I watched a wedding video 10 years ago by chance, and I think there was a lot more than now.
Maybe I thought, but I didn't have a lot of hair back then, and now I'm completely bald.
Currently, there are sides and back hair. There are some long hair and some fluffy hair up to the front and middle back.
I don't want to look lame with my side hair hanging out like a DOC song, so I just want to shave it, but I can't because I'm an office worker, and I just shave about 1cm short.

Let's talk about it When I came into Daemo, I think there are more talks about hair transplants than wigs.
I want a hair transplant if I can.
Are wigs only used if hair transplants are not possible? Or do you end up using a wig after a hair transplant?
Apart from money, time, and beauty, I want to hear your honest stories about wearing wigs.

Also, if you have a wig recommendation company close to Yeongdeungpo or Dongjak, please let me know
