It's been about a week since I've worn the stationary type.

I wore a wig at Ha**.

I did a fixed diet, but I lived like a human being in a long time because I could be really confident and not noticeable.

People around me also told me that I look good in it.)

But. But

I can't sleep at night LOL I got insomnia all of a sudden, so I doze off during the day and can't sleep at night ^^;

I endured it thinking it would be okay after a few days, but it was itchy and uncomfortable

I can't stand it ^^;;;

I'm going to visit the branch today for management, but I want to change it to a tape method.

What I'm asking is

1. I'm a fixed (silicone bond adhesive) and can I change it to a removable tape at about a week old?

2. If you change it to a tape method, do you need to push the adhesive part more
