Hello, I'm posting because I'm worried because I'm just blindfolded.

I haven't had hair since I was young, so I've been using wigs for a few years.
When I live in Busan, I wear a wig at the Haimo Busan branch..
I moved to Seoul last year.

A few months ago, I went down to Busan to go and got a new wig in the same place.. This is the problem.
Usually, when you look at the manufacturing process of wigs, you make a cap according to the user's head and plant hair in the cap to complete it, right?
Before planting hair on this cap, you try it on to the user in advance, so there is no problem and it tests whether it fits your head well.

Anyway, I went down to Busan because I heard that this cap was made, but it's too big and doesn't fit me.
So, I repaired it again at Haimo, and a month later, I got a call and went down to Busan again.
However, it still didn't fit.

So I went back and forth between Seoul and BusanIt's hard to do it, so he said he would repair the cap and transfer it to the Haimo Seoul Sillim branch..
After about a month, the repaired cap arrived in Seoul, and when I visited, it didn't fit again.ㅜㅜ
To make matters worse, the Sillim branch cannot be responsible for the cap made at the Busan branch, so please talk to the Busan branch.

He was angry.

I contacted the Busan branch again. They told me to measure the head image again, which is the pre-caps stage.
From that part, we will allow you to receive production in Seoul...(Then what did you say at the Sillim branch?)

But I'm already angry... I just asked for a refund.
Then, since you signed a contract, you can't get a refund...

Of course, I understand the cost of making the cap several times, but from the consumer's point of view, I think I can get a refund because the product has not come out at all..
