What I want to say before the main thing is that it is not the right time to post for personal self-interest or any purpose.
As a person in the wig industry, I only thought about it once from a consumer's point of view.
Currently, the price varies greatly when looking at the domestic wig market. Large companies are in the range of 1 to 1.5 million won, and small and medium-sized companies are in the range of 600,000 to 800,000 won.
In addition, as the KBS consumer complaint program, which recently became a noisy issue, the quality of wigs and wigs in the 2 million won range and small and medium-sized companies in the 700,000 won range were there to the extent that even experts were confused.Rather, I heard that small business hair was better, so my parent company took the opportunity..
Why would you do that? The answer is simple.
This is because wigs are not a high-tech machinery industry, but a pure handicraft. In other words, it is because an old lady (?) in a far-off country works hard for three to four days without saying a word.
Literally, if the wig contains the sincerity of the craftsman, it is made well, and if it is not made well, it is not made well.
Of course, work orders and quality management will be managed by a company with a certain system, but the reality is that management is only management and cannot be replaced by a manual worker.
Then, if we get to the point, how much is the price of the wig?
Of course, if it is made of 100% in Korea, the cost will be more than 500,000 won considering labor costs...
However, the machinery manufacturing industry is also unlikely to have handicrafts in the country leaving this country, so wigs made in Korea are extremely rare. Also, the reality is that supply cannot satisfy demand.
Then, how much is the price range if it is made in underdeveloped countries?
Of course, there may be some differences from country to country, but as far as I know, it is less than 200,000 won for domestic wholesale distribution. Then, don't you think that more than 1 million won is too much even if it goes through two distribution processes? Then, what do you think about the price of more than 600,000 won?
Of course, even wigs made in the same underdeveloped countries become luxury goods if they give an image of branding to better systematic management. Of course, you'll have to pay a higher price...
But in the case of handbags and other products, there are still labels attached to the outside, so they can give you strength on your shoulders as someone else sees them... Unfortunately, the reality is that wigs cannot be branded.
Although it's gotten a lot longer, in the end, I think it's the wig industry's idea that wigs are as natural as possible and at a substantial price, even if they can't help those who have failed hair loss treatment, they shouldn't suffer.
Until the day when the Korean wig bubbles out, I will not hesitate to criticize the wig industry to the extent that the queen (?) can reach.
To those who read my sentence to the end, I would like to bow down and thank you.
