Full wig vs partial wig inquiry

I was frustrated to get counseling for Hair Transplant.
Overall, it is said that there is no use in transplanting because there is no hair and it is thin.
So instead of incisional hair transplantation, I'm going to do a non-sectional Hair Transplant.
I want to gain confidence after wearing a wig first for financial reasons.

My hair is so thin that I'm more interested in the whole wig than the partial wig.
I'm thinking about taking it off and working out with short hair when I'm working out with short hair.
It's like jogging, so I don't think there's a big problem because it's okay to do it when it's dark at night.

The overall wig seems to be cheap in terms of price, so which one doesn't show well? Part? All of it?

Please also recommend wigs.

Thank you.
