I'm a student in my early 20s who decided to get a partial wig after suffering from hair loss. There is also a post below to ask about the wig, and many people answered so kindly that it helped me a lot. Thank you all!
I've looked through the writings, and I'm going to match them in a custom ID or System Elle that has some recognition as it's my first wig. I had a consultation at System Elle headquarters today and explained it kindly. Tomorrow, I'm going to get a consultation at the Hongik University branch of Custom ID..
I have to decide between the two companies, but I don't think it will be very difficult to decide because I wonder if there will be a big difference in the wig itself, but I'm a little worried about the clip-type and tap-type wigs. Of course, I already know from many articles that both have pros and cons... I just wanted to hear some advice from people who have experienced it after seeing my situation...
My hair loss has progressed a little, but it's not very severe. (I don't know how much longer it's going to go on...) The density of the upper part of the head (front of the head) above and below the forehead is very low. The area around the top of the head is also a little advanced, so I'm going to fix the partial wig to the top of the head to match it in a way that the bangs come down.
I don't want to put too much pressure on my scalp because I think there may be room for improvement in the future because the hair loss has not progressed much and it has been more than four months since I took the medicine. So I'm thinking about doing a clip-on... I heard that clip-type is less adherent.. Also, I can put tap-type on when I sleep, but I heard that it's not clip-type.. There may be times when I travel for 1 night and 2 days, but I was wondering if it would be uncomfortable to do a clip-type...
It's a very common question, but I'd appreciate it if you could give me some simple advice. Please give me your opinion!
