Questions about wearing wigs after hair transplantation

It's an M-shaped hair loss patient with only severe right side. So I'm wearing Hair Transplant and I'm going to wear an M-shaped wig.
I want to wear a body wig with transplant hair when wearing it, but I know that I have to shave my existing hair, so I want to do it clip-type, is it possible? H. I'm going to wear it on top of the forehead line because I already have it on my Hair Transplant. ^^;;. Well, if there's a sad reality that if there's hair on the part where the wig is worn, I'll just have to shave it, but... (The picture is ungreen, so it's messy.) (laughs)
If you're really good at cutting and waxing really well, you barely get hair loss tee, but it's almost impossible to cut and wax really well...ㅜ_ㅜ

For reference, after the first 3,000 hair transplant in the past, I didn't even know that I was losing hair if I was good at waxing. However, as a result, I frequently skip the medication I take because my mind is low, so my hair loss worsens and I have a second 3,000 hair transplant. I hope some of you will say Hair Transplant first. It's okay. If you let your guard down, you'll end up like me
