Misunderstanding 4 years after the 1st transplant, I was trying to think of a 2nd transplant and it's in the same state as the picture.. I think it's impossible to do it dense even if it's more than 4000 hair even if it's transplanted..

I shaved my head and got a smp procedure from Newxx. I usually take it off
I'm only going to use it at work.

1. I'm going to wear a full wig.. Aren't there a lot of places where you wear the whole wig??
2. I tend to sweat a lot.. Is the overall wig very hot in the summer??
3. Isn't there much difference between small and medium-sized companies and large companies in wigs??
4. Is there anything wrong with wearing a tapered wig for about a week?
5. How much is the price of a large company and a small company for the whole wig??
Lastly, would a transplant be better if the hair condition is the same as in the picture??

I have a lot of worries.. Don't hesitate.. I'm thinking about getting a transplant or a wig, and if I get a wig, I'm thinking of getting a whole wig.. I don't know if there's any downside..
Please say something as you pass by. I think it will help me a lot..
