[General] The wig is stiff...What's wrong with you?

I wore a hat on September 28th...She shaved her head more than the part that fell out.
 
 
What's wrong with you? You said you had a hair style, but I don't know. Then, I don't push the part where I'm going to put the wig completely, roughly push it (about 3-5mm), but it was very tight at the beginning, but it's okay because there's a little bit.
 
 
I did it because I thought it looked good on me to put it down, but the wig becomes stiff about a day or a few hours after I wear it. If you touch it... It's so stiff that I think it must have been very messy. Is this supposed to be like this? My hair is really soft and shiny when I touch it.... The wig is stiff even though I use both shampoo and conditioner.

I was told to come in 15 days, but I feel like I can hear a wig when I wrap my hands around it and move it up and down. It hasn't even been 10 days... Do I have to put it back on already?
 
 
My head is itchy. Is there a way to wash this?
