I've never seen other people's mother-in-law before...I'm asking

I'm a person who has hair loss on the part of my hair
My hair is a partial wig, which only covers the top of the head...
To compare it to size, it's a little bit smaller than when you open your palm..
The characteristic of my head is that the back of my head is so cliff and the head itself is so small.

It's very small, so it's hard to buy a hat..There's not much that fits me..It doesn't even suit me
