[Wig Reviews] I had a partial wig, but the wool is curly. Should I ask for a new one?

I wore a bun wig at company m, but the hair was curly, so it showed the wig mark
I couldn't wear it, so I asked for a new one, and they said I could straighten it
I thought so, but after about a month, I had curly hair again.
