Obviously, there is a strict legal difference between hair growth agents and hair growth/hair loss prevention agents.
 
Hair loss products are pharmaceuticals, and hair loss/hair loss prevention products are non-medical products.
 
 
As you all know, there are only two drugs approved for hair loss in our country, Minoxidil and Propecia.
 
So, among the products developed/marketed for hair loss in Korea, all products except the above two cannot be said to make hair appear.
 
 
Wool/farm/hair loss prevention agents seem to be different to solve the meaning of the term, but they are the same kind of products after all.
