[General] Three months after the transplant, I got a wig..

I've been transplanting for three months.
 
The hair loss at the mouth of the surgery has progressed a lot, so I'm going to Kim Chan-wol and dry my hair today.
 
My hair loss is on the top of my head
 
Almost in the middle, my head is gone.
 
It's about 7 centimeters wide in width.
 
They just customized it and told me to find out how to attach it.
 
There are detachable and fixed types, which one is good?
 
For your information, I get a lot of oil on the hair loss area.
 
So I have to wash it once or twice a day, but I don't know what kind of method would be good..
 
I don't know much about both types yet.
