I don't think I have anything else to say, but I'll be brief.

Removable - (Advantage) You can take it off whenever you want and wash your hair cool.
(Disadvantage) It's a bit unsettling compared to the stationary type.

Fixed - (Disadvantage) I can't wash my hair cool and it's a bit stuffy until I get used to it.
(Advantage) The style is natural and stable compared to detachable.

By the way, this is something I feel and I think it will be somewhat different depending on the person.
I don't know which one you're going to choose
After a certain amount of trial and error, you can find the style that best suits you.

For your information, I'm wearing a removable wig.
I can't stand being frustrated, so I can never do a fixed diet.
I just want to wash my hair cool every day..
