In my case, when I went back to college, I wore a wig

There was no one who said anything about his hair.

1. Even if you recognize it, you're considerate of the other person and pretend you don't know

(...when you notice that it's a wig and you don't talk about your hair at all or pretend you don't know it on purpose)

2. If you're not interested in other people's hair

It's probably one of the three.

To be honest, most of the wigs are noticed after watching them a few times.
