First of all, I completely agree with what you said.
I also do simple exercises such as jogging, but I have a lot of restrictions on my life such as intense exercise, swimming, and sauna.

Your hair is the best.
I would like to recommend it if you feel less focused or depressed due to head concerns.
However, if you feel more intimidated by wearing a wig, please take it off right away.
You have to have the courage to speak confidently when someone asks you.
