If it's a special coating, it's possible. I wanted a wig-like hair
I guess you've already done it in your stepmother.
If the coating is done as perfectly as that, it will be a smooth hair
Theoretically, it would be 100% possible.
(The wig I'm currently wearing gets messed up when it's windy, so I thought about coating etc...)
I don't think there's anything else you can't do. I don't think so????
