[General] Should I keep wearing wigs

I've been wearing a wig for over 14 years.
In the meantime, I've changed my wig more than 15 times,
At first, I bought it from a wig company around Itaewon, and after that, I bought it detachably from a wig maker in Yangjae, and then I continue to use the wig maker from the same company, which opened a new branch in Jamsil four to five years later.
Currently, it is attached and it is more than 7 years old.
In summer or when my hair is itchy, I go crazy, and I can't tell you the difficulty of shampooing. I'm embarrassed to tell my wife about it, and I can't solve it, so even if I want to change it to a detachable type, I have children, and if I take off the wig, it's so weird that I keep using it as an attachable type, and it's very difficult.

I have no choice but to wear it. I usually know if I use wigs roughly for a year, and I'm replacing them in August-September.
As you know, once you wear a wig, you can't take it off, and hair loss progresses faster, so you can't take it off even more, so I'm really worried about whether I should keep wearing it now that I'm 40 years old.
I have my wife and children, but those who use it detachably are not uncomfortable (shameful).
I think it's better for me to endure it, so I'm using it as an attachment type. Is there any way
