[Wig Reviews] I received a new product yesterday.

I'm a wigler who's been wearing a wig for two and a half years now.
I used the first product for about two and a half years and brought it yesterday in time for a new product. But when I came home, I saw a difference in color from the hair I saw, and I think my curly hair is a bit severe. I didn't even feel that way with the first product, but I was so annoyed that I called the store and found out that all products that have a color difference are dyed and curly hair come out half-curly, but I'm asking you to bring it first. So, do I have to dye my hair consistently When I asked, they said I had to do it every three to four months, but is that supposed to happen? My first product has never dyed my hair, but if I dye my hair, won't the product get damaged earlier? I'm going to go there again on Tuesday, so I'd appreciate some advice on how to get this done.
