I usually spray some water with a sprayer on my way to work, make a stale with mist or wax, and shower after work and do the shampoo treatment every day (I usually work indoors, so I don't sweat much in the sun)
Wigs are waxed or sprayed, so I think it's right to remove them with shampers, but I'm worried that there will be a lot of damage to hair
How do people who use a fixed diet usually take care of them
