[Partial Wigs] I'm thinking about what wig to buy.. Help me!

Hello, my hair loss has gotten so bad at a young age that I'm trying to fit a wig..
In my case, I have seborrheic dermatitis and reverse U-shaped hair loss. The border of the forehead of the side of the head is round. It's really bad.. My hair is thin. The top of the head is alive to some extent. You can think of it as covering your bangs with the back of your hair. It's hard to cover my hair with the back of my head now. According to the wig company, you have to shave the top of your head as well. I want to leave the top of my head ㅠㅠ하면 I'm scared when I think about pushing it.. But I think I need to get it right. I'm wondering if I should buy a Mer between partial hair tape or clip. If you clip it, you have to fix it with the side hair, so I'm worried that the side hair will fall out even though the hair strength is weak. The hair on the top of the head where the tape is attached will fall out, right?? I'm thinking about tap-style because I think it'll be fixed well.. Please advise me..
