[General] Questions about removable products

I ordered a wig from Company HIt's been more than a month since I've been waiting for two days.
(When you go, you say, "Yeah! I thought, 'Let's try something new!' but I thought, "I shouldn't have done it after all this..."
Since my scalp is seborrheic, I think I need to get rid of it, but I have a few questions.
First of all, I heard that if you detach and detach it, the part that is fixed with a clip is limited, so partial hair loss may occur in that part, is that right?
Or can I change the fixed part from time to time?
Secondly, how long does the removable product last? Company H said it's good to use it for 2 years, maybe to sell the product (one product costs 1.3 million won)... I think there are people who use it for up to 5 years when I read some comments... Are you changing the product because it's changed?
And even if it's removable, doesn't wearing a wig damage the scalp or promote hair loss?
If a breakthrough drug comes out in 5 or 10 years and my scalp or pores are damaged and I can't use it... T.T
