I'm thinking about a wig after thinking about hair loss I work out a little hard and ride a bike, so I wear a helmet often.

So when I looked it up, I thought the fixed type would fit my life pattern, so I looked it up and found out that there are products that are fixed with no drugs or non-adhesive, but I don't know how to fix it.

Is it non-adhesive? If anyone uses a fixed diet, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the pros and cons of the detailed explanation.
