4-5 years of hair loss, and I took Pfe for 3 years.

Currently, I don't have a lot of hair near the top of my head and I have a big M shape
I took medication, applied minok

I do see my hair getting better but it gets better really slowly...
M-shaped fine hairs are getting thicker, and the top of the head is recovering little by little, and it's hard to transplant because of the reduced hair and fine hairs on the M-shaped..

I'm in my early and mid 20s and now I'm thinking about wearing a wig at all because I want to be in a relationship and make friends..

Can you manage hair loss while wearing a wig? (Minoxidil, adverse effects on scalp, etc.)

I also want to gain confidence and live with confidence..

I wonder if wearing a wig has an adverse effect on hair loss

And where to go and how to get it right..How much is it..
