[Custom Wig Questions] Inquiry about shampooing wigs

It's the second wig..
When I shampoo my hair, it gets tangled a lot
Even the mesh inside of the wig is a lot of hair sticking out...
It wasn't like this in the first wig...
It's from the same company..
It's been about 10 months since I used the first one for 2 years and reordered it for the second time..

Is there something wrong with the wig???
I don't know what I did wrong when I shampooed... I'm frustrated that I don't know..
