Hello, I have been using the product since October last year. (It's the third product after I started wearing it.)
It's a tape type, and I got a perm around May.
I washed it once a few days ago, but it's seriously twisted and I can't solve it. The part that I put on tape and put it on my head is also shrunk, so it's all over the placecrying
I don't know if it's because I washed it with warm water... There's nothing wrong and then all of a sudden it's like this ;;
Can I untie the twisted part?
Please advise if you have any tips on how to solve the twisted part easily or how to solve the shrunken part.
