I was thinking of raising the difference between a large company's product and a private shop, but a question came up at the bottom, so I organized it.
From the standpoint of making wigs, I think the completeness of men's wigs is largely determined by wool/wigs base(cap)/handmade.
(With the idea that the designer's skills are all good...)
Wool doesn't use good raw hair for men's wigs anyway.
If each company processes hair conscientiously, the quality of hair is good for consumers, and if it is unconscionable, the quality of hair is not good.
In this regard, the products of companies that have their own factories, such as Company H and Company M, do not vary much in quality.
That's not to say that other factories are not good quality.
However, since we manufacture products from various companies, when we supply products to private companies that do not have a large order volume,
Even though it is not good wool, there are cases where it is just put into production or mixed, so the wool is uneven.
I think company H is the best for wig base. When the head image is measured with a 3D scanner, it is immediately transmitted to the local factory and the mold (head mold) comes out immediately.
Other small companies, including Company M, are still using the old hand pattern method, so there may be minute differences through processes and processes such as measurement, delivery, weather, specification delivery, and mold work, and if it is wrong, there may be a difference of more than 1cm.
Handmade is all too big for Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, and China..However, Company M does not have a lot of departures from skilled workers, so the deviation is not large.
However, it is not that Company H does not have skilled workers, but Company H's high-end handmade products do not come to Korea but are exported to other countries.
In the factory, handmade inputs are divided into invisible grades from skilled workers to trainees by the handmade team leader in the order of many transactions.
Since it is in the order of intermediate management companies>volume private shops>small private shops, there is a high probability that products worked by beginners or non-skilled workers will come out in small private shops that directly deal with factories.
To conclude, products from large corporations that cost more than 1 million won do not vary greatly in product completeness.
So there is a low probability of failure.
The completeness of products of small companies is random to consumers' eyes.
I wonder if the quality came out well when the wig designers came in from the factory and checked it..I don't know if the cap came out well.. I'm going to inspect with anxiety.
Sometimes, I don't want wig designers to say that they believe in large companies' products and skip them, or that small wig shops are better products and services.
Of course, there may be special cases, but generalizing special situations may be misinformation to those who may become consumers.
But if you have a small shop nearby, if you have the convenience and the probability of receiving a high-quality product at half the price of a large company
I think it's worth trying a small private shop.
1. Large company products are less likely to fail as there is not much variation in product completion
2. Smaller products may be randomly good, but have a high probability of being bad
3. If you have enough time, recommend products from large companies
4. If you feel burdened by the price and have a neat private shop nearby, it is recommended to try it
