Reduce the sesame seeds. It hasn't been long since I ate it either, so my hair is oily and I have a lot of acne.
How many sesame seeds do you put in? Add only 1/5th of the breaking beans. Especially for those with oily skin, make beans.
I've been doing natural therapy for over a year and it hasn't worked, so now I just take it when I'm hungry.
The P.C.A. doesn't really work for me either. Sobbing
