1. a fresh spray

Three days after surgery is the most important period for hair to appear.

I tried to spray it every hour, including waking and sleeping hours.

In my case, spray is not enough, so I bought saline solution and used it, but it doesn't feel good

I searched for the same product that the hospital gave me and bought it, and I used 1 bottle for 2.5 days and the 2nd bottle for 4.5 days 

I think I used the spray for a total of 7 days

2. a neck pillow

Make sure to cut your neck before you go to sleep It helps a lot to prevent the transplant area from being strained or touched

You can just sleep with your neck cut on the pillow you used. It was so convenient for me to use it

3. Sleeping

When sleeping, your hands can touch the transplant without your knowledge, so many people sleep with their arms tied to their bodies

It was much more comfortable than the straps.

4. Shampoo

For shampoo, bubble shampoo was used on the transplant site every day and regular shampoo was used on the collection site.

It was so itchy for two weeks before I had my 2nd week fingerprint shampoos.

And I took a shower with lukewarm water and it was filled with water

5. Smoking and drinking

7. Exercise

You'd better avoid spicy food. I was sweating and feverish.

9. Dry

After shampooing, I dried it for 15 minutes with weak cold air

It didn't matter because I sprayed the spray.
