Hello..

I'm going to write down how I felt by using various types of shampoo, one of the things that hair loss people are most curious about and go through trial and error, while I'm only reading the posts of my fellow hair loss friends who come here every day to share their pain.

Everyone knows that shampoo is the first thing to care about when it comes to hair loss treatment. In addition to the periodic function of keeping the scalp clean, shampoo has a certain effect on improving dandruff, itchiness, and inflammation in hair loss people, so everyone is worried about choosing shampoo.

For hair loss people, there is no one who has not thought about what shampoo to use at least once. There are doctors who say it doesn't matter if you ask dermatologists about shampoo, doctors who recommend expensive shampoo, and doctors who recommend nizoral, but I think all three are wrong. Such answers are only answers from the point of view of treatment, and unless the person suffers from dandruff, itchiness, and inflammation and directly experiences an effective shampoo, there is currently no shampoo with perfect function that can be used. And hair loss will be conquered before such shampoo is developed. However, so far, there are no other drugs or shampoos with similar functions other than nizoral, which is just a kind of drug with dandruff treatment rather than a commercially available shampoo.

Hair loss people are most interested in choosing shampoo If hair loss is insignificant, you don't pay attention to shampoo, but you get interested as it gets worse. However, in my experience, I regret that if I had actively applied and used good shampoo and correct shampoo from the beginning of hair loss, it would have been at least better than the current hair condition. Not only me, but most people with hair loss promote hair loss due to inflammation, itchiness, dandruff, etc. in addition to the primary genetic factors, so at least inflammation. Dandruff. This is because it is judged that even if it was not a cure with shampoo, it could have prevented it if it had been alleviated. Everyone acknowledges that shampoo is not a fundamental treatment, but there are significant differences in dandruff, inflammation, and hair loss.

For that reason, I would like to make a choice that can be the next best option, if not an alternative, from my experience and perspective.

Then I'll introduce myself and talk about shampoo.

I'm 29 years old, hair loss that started in an M-shape around the 5th year of hair loss started badly with sore, itchy, dandruff on the top of my head..

My five-year shampoo period was a series of trials and errors. It's long, but I'm going to write down my case briefly.

For the first time... Someone said that since hair is made up of protein, frequent shampooing is not good for preventing hair loss.. So in the early days, I shampooed every 2 days or so, but the itchiness and inflammatory dandruff got worse.. This method was too negative for people with hair loss.

Next, my regular hair salon was a hair salon that managed hair loss. I've also received hair loss management, but the cost is about 20,000 won for the chairman, and the results of receiving it twice a week for a month were not satisfactory. You may know better that hair loss is not solved by a system that stimulates pores (such as fumes) and provides nutrients to the head with nutritional supplements. Well, first of all, it's fumigation, nutritional supplements, and it's certainly not effective enough to get money It's scalp massage. You can do it yourself..

But when I shampoo at the salon, my hair felt very fresh.. It was my first time seeing a shampoo, but the director recommended it, saying that acid shampoo is good for hair loss.. So I bought a shampoo for my name (I'm sure it's acid shampoo) for 20,000 won and it was good.. It was refreshing and because of the acid effect, it felt cool. So I looked into another acid shampoo. I bought and used a shampoo called Ice Mountain from Europa Cosmetics for 12,000 won. I've only used acid shampoo for about a year and a half, and the refreshing and cool feeling goes for about an hour, and the coolness is great for the bitter and painful scalp.. However, the decisive thing is that the dandruff does not disappear, and the cleaning effect was not superior to that of regular shampoo.

As a result, no matter how much hair loss shampoo you make and expensive shampoo, there was no big difference from regular shampoo, and the cleaning power was not too good because they were less irritating. At first, it's definitely cool and good, but my hair is dry and the refreshing taste didn't last long, and the itchiness and dandruff got worse. If you use acid shampoo for a cool and refreshing taste, I don't recommend it, so don't use it. It was just a moment of coolness that calmed the itching and bitterness for a moment.

After burning it in acid shampoo, I tried dentrol in parallel with nizoral. When I changed my shampoo, I realized how bad acid shampoo was. It was worse than the cheap dentrol. When I used dentrol in parallel with nizoral, dandruff and itchiness were reduced to some extent. However, maybe because Dentrol is a bit of a strong shampoo, the inflammation did not go away. I think this is a good Sampo that anyone who is satisfied with using Incentrol because of my severe scalp inflammation can continue using it.

And nizoral definitely works for dandruff. However, rather than shampoo, it is more like a medicine and uses it 1-2 times a week, so I felt that it would have a great effect if I used it in parallel with the shampoo I fit. The common point of hair loss people is that people with severe itching and dandruff are inflammatory, so it was more effective to treat inflammation and use nizoral.

I've been using Dentrol for about 3 months and bought a head and shoulder deep clean - for intellectual dandruff. Homeplus is just in the middle of an event, so I bought 65ml and 40ml was tied together as a gift. And I did it twice a day, so I used it for just three days. Well, what I've felt so far is that it's the best shampoo I've ever used, for me, who has itching, dandruff, and inflammation along with hair loss. If you ask me how to say that after using it for 3 days, the most important thing when choosing a shampoo that suits you is 1. Is it highly effective in cleaning? - Otherwise, it must have developed itching.
2. Isn't it stimulating? - The less irritating shampoo, the less cleaning power is generally, and strong shampoo can irritate the scalp and cause more inflammation.
3. What is the preventive effect of dandruff? - It should be prevented from dandruff, even if it is not necessarily a treatment.

I think these are the three. Dial soap, which is said to be used for treatment, was so strong that it was less than regular shampoo, such as stiffening the head and irritating the scalp. Regular shampoos such as Double Rich were too irritating. Dentrol was clearly better than regular shampoo, but it was more irritating than head-and-shoulder. Head-and-shoulder had little frizz after shampooing that everyone felt, and the scent or ingredients were not irritating after shampooing. Dandruff is so effective that you can know it when you use it. Even though it was a mild shampoo, it was very effective for itching because it was clean. The hair in the hair loss area seems to be gaining strength, and it used to be a headache, so I felt like I was losing my hair, but it was only itching and scalp inflammation, so it didn't bother my head. And after shampooing, we always wash green tea with water, but it seems to have a good effect on hair.

Whether it was dentrol or head-and-shoulder or piggy-headed, shampoo suitable for you is good. It's certainly not bad for others to try it and say it's good. But I think it would be a wiser way to choose while using the right shampoo for you. Shampoo is cheaper than drugs, and if it doesn't fit, anyone in a family without hair loss can use it, so honestly, I don't think it's a waste of money. Shampoo is certainly not an alternative to hair loss treatment, but if it is effective in inflammation or itching dandruff that causes hair loss, I think it will be much more effective in treating drugs such as pfepe and minok.

In addition, let's talk about hats that are essential items for people with hair loss. If you wear a hat, your scalp or hair will see the sun, and if you know that your scalp has a fungus that causes itching or inflammation, you know how bad it is, right? So I always disinfect my hat in the sun and expose my head to the sun for about 10 minutes by smoking a cigarette on the rooftop 3-4 times a day. I think it's an effective way.

Don't just read my post but comment and I want to see other people's comments.. I've read over 100 people but there's no comment.. I think it will help each other a lot if you give your experiences or opinions.

Everyone get good results, and next time, I'll post a review of Pfe and Minok.

Until the day hair loss is conquered and the godmother disappears...
