The experience of female hair loss..I wanted to help you a little bit...

I also had hair loss.

At first, I just left it (I was busy and didn't have time to care), but at some point, I thought, "I'm going to be really bald like this," and my fear came over me...

Now I'm almost out of hair loss.....I'm always on my toes, but...

I wanted to help people who are suffering from hair loss, so I wanted to introduce the methods I'm taking these days

I am doing.

1. Black beans, black sesame seeds, kelp... you know? I've seen it here and copied it, but it's noticeably reduced hair loss...My regular hair salon owner told me that my hair gets a bit glossy as I get healthier....

2. In my case, the loss of hair caused a lot of scalp. So I changed my shampoo to a medicinal shampoo for the scalp...I remember giving 150,000 won to shampoo, conditioner, and frus. It was expensive, but...I wanted to do something...Just in case...But I think that's also working. The name of the product is 'Hinoki'.

The conditioner originally said not to apply it on the scalp, but this product is only for the scalp, so you can apply it on the scalp. It's nice to be able to apply it on the scalp, but there's a pressure to wash it off without leaving any residue. You don't wash conditioners often... So these days, I wash my hair with shampoo and massage with soybean milk. Soybean milk is supposed to be eaten, so it seems good because there is no pressure to wash it clean. And then rinse with 2-3 drops of vinegar in the last rinse of water.I think this is pretty good, too.

3. Dry your hair with a fan...You know that natural drying is good, right? I rarely use dry. Because heat directly destroys hair proteins, it is thought to be a poison for people with thinned hair due to hair loss symptoms.

4. I went to oriental medicine clinic when I lost a lot of my hair... They told me to cut my hair a little short...If my hair is long, it doesn't get nutrients to the tips of my hair, so it's not only crummy at the tips of my hair, but it's also thin because I have to keep my long hair with the same amount of nutrients...I cut my hair....Up to your shoulders...It's much less missing.... If your hair is too long, try cutting it....Your hair is in a much better condition.

5.The hair is made of protein, but the root of the head is calcium. It would be okay to take calcium. I've never done this before, but...

6. Perm, reduce dyeing to a minimum.... I don't do perm, I only dye my hair 1-2 times a year. I wish I could control this too....And especially avoid curls or setting fur....I did it 4-5 times in a row before...I think hair loss has started since then.

7. Now let me tell you the most important thing....

The first thing is to eat well. You know that hair is also made from the nutrients we consume, right? If you are poor at eating, it is natural that your hair cannot receive proper nutrition. Let's refrain from fast food and eat a lot of high-nutrient foods such as beans.

The second thing is to exercise. No matter how well you eat, if your blood circulation doesn't work, you can't nourish your head. Find a light exercise that suits you and do it consistently....

The third is to free yourself from stress. One of the causes of hair loss is stress. But the irony is that the hair loss makes me more stressed....So I lost more...
Let's take it easy....In the past, I was very concerned about how much hair I lost when I washed my hair.So I couldn't even wash it clean... but at some point, I got a "yes, no way I'm going to be bald."I hope you'll be bold...It's going to be a little difficult, actually...

A lot of women who suffer from hair loss...Please be patient and cheer up. Let's go! Let's go! Fighting!
