I ordered a trichomine shampoo today.
(There are people who don't like any shampoo, so I just want to use it myself to see if it's good or bad for me ^^)
The price was very high. Phew~

By the way, if you buy a shampoo, do you keep using it all week?
I have seborrheic dermatitis and sometimes itches inside my head (but it doesn't seem to have dandruff). So I'm also using dandgaard, and when it comes to trichomine shampoo, do you use dandgaard one day and trichomine shampoo one day? Before that, I used to use only one shampoo and change it.

So how to use it efficiently (Tricomin is also very expensive).ㅠ) I'd like to know.
