I was a person who thought about hair loss for a long time in the past. I'm in my late 20s now, and I've been feeling hopeless about life itself because I've been suffering from hair loss since my late teens, when I'm in my late 20s. So I know the pain of people suffering from hair loss or baldness as well as anyone else.I happened to visit several baldness-related sites today, and there were a lot of negative opinions about Grovis. But as a Grovis user, I've seen a definite effect and it's made a huge difference in my life. As someone who has worked through Grovis, I'm posting here hoping to convey my experience and have someone to help.
I've been using Grovis ever since it first came out, and I think my hair loss at that time was a process of transitioning from early to mid-term hair loss. At that time, I used Grovis while I was very worried about hair loss, and the effect was better than expected. And it's not perfect at the moment, but it's quite satisfactory.
There are a lot of people who use Grovis and say it didn't work much, but I think it could be. In my case, it was not clear whether it was so-called male alopecia or not, and it was judged that the main cause of hair loss was excessive sebum secretion.I think it's not male hair loss right now. If male alopecia is advanced to some extent, it would be correct to say that it is not effective at all. However, if you are in the early stages of male hair loss and have a lot of dandruff on your head, a lot of sebum, and hair loss, I think it will definitely work. I am thoroughly avoiding greasy or processed foods while using Grovis. But the important thing is that you should not use only Grobis, but you should take L-cystine drugs together. It is ideal if you take all of vitamin B12, L-arginine, L-cystine, and Zn, but at least you must take L-cystine, vitamin B12 in parallel. If it works to a certain extent, you'll be able to take L-cystine alone. L-cystine is easily available in pharmacies (30,000 won-2 months) and the effect will not be known until at least a few months later. Of course, it may not work at all depending on the person, but if it does, it will have a definite effect. And scalp massages also help. One of the causes of hair loss is a blood flow disorder caused by a thin scalp, so it is definitely effective. When I introduce my method, if you grab the scalp with the second and third fingers of both hands and push it to both sides, the scalp in the middle becomes loose (the distance between the scalp in the middle - about 2cm) and keep it for about 2 seconds. If you do it every day for about 30 minutes a day, it definitely works. This is my clear experience, so I hope it will be of any help to those who suffer from hair loss.All.
