As expected, it was because of trichomine. I also went to the dermatologist and they gave me trichomine spray. I feel like my hair is falling out on the top of my head

I washed it clean and sprayed trichomine for a month, and the charcoal was noticeably reduced overall. So I looked up a lot of related posts, like me
