There is a hassle of having to go to a cultural center or at a workshop to learn, but it was really good to learn it yourself, make it, and use it all at once. Before that, I usually used dandruff shampoo, but I lost much less hair and my scalp became very healthy. Even now, when I wash my hair, I check the hair that fell out of the sewage hole one by one, and it's better than using a regular shampoo.
I started using it in March this year and it's been 5 months now, and it's incomparable to using regular shampoo. Before, I washed my hair with shampoo, turned around, dried it, and dandruff happened even in the mirror, and my scalp was boring, so I washed my hair in the morning and felt sticky in the evening, but now it's so soft that I can wash it every three days. (Of course, I wash my hair every day when I go out.) And because I have seborrheic scalp, I often get pimples and get tired of it. But after making and using natural soap, it disappeared.
When I actually use it, the dandruff almost disappears on the first day, and the pimple subsides within a few days. We are hereditary, so our family members have almost the same scalp condition. So I make a lot at once and share it. It's cheaper than buying and using it, and I think it's good because you can add and subtract more ingredients at that time according to your scalp.
Below, I will post how to make it myself. You can learn how to make soap at a workshop or a cultural center, or you can learn it at a place where you can tell me how to make an Internet video.
I'll add the recipe I make and explain in detail why I put these ingredients, so you can refer to it and make it.

I think it's going to be long, so I'll post the detailed recipe on the next post.
