In my case. First of all, a 31-year-old man.
I think it's about 6-7 years of hair loss.

I don't lose my hair after living with this lifestyle... I lost a lot before, so I'm thinking about getting surgery because it's getting a lot better -_-.
In my opinion, food and exercise are possible for those who are out of the early stages of hair loss to stop hair loss, but I don't think their thin hair will come out as they get thicker. (In my case)

Lastly
Steady exercise is more effective than food. I'm thinking about it.. Or I think exercise is what increases the effectiveness of food. If you have time, I recommend hiking. Hiking - First of all, it's good for your spine and hips.<--There is a saying that hair loss occurs due to posture, so I say////
Next, it is good to have the advantage of being able to exercise while wearing a hat.
