Hello, I'm writing for the first time since I joined. Maybe it was too much to study in England in 2013 to get a master's degree and get a doctorate right away, but in 2015, the hair on the side and the back began to disappear and the kiln began to grow. Originally, I have seborrheic scalp, and my intestines are always bad, so I think it was caused by diarrhea for almost a year and taking medicine from Korea for 3 months. I'm worried that I'm not getting better because I'm stressed out after that (I'm born in 1982 because I'm not young)I went to Korea this summer and was prescribed Professionalsia. But the drug doesn't fit me, so the side effects came out badly. I only took it for 10 days, but my brainfog, linguistic logical skills suddenly dropped. Like being a fool, it was a rat poison, especially for foreign language. It was very depressing, too. I ate it for 10 days, but the side effects lasted for 3 months. It was useless after working out. In the meantime, time passed and I came back to the UK and took zinc supplements and recovered.(It's not a coincidence, but I was going around a large overseas Pinasteride side effect community and saw that zinc was helpful.) The explanation of the situation was long, but my hair remained the same, so I'm going to do self-treatment again focusing on nutritional supplements.
First of all, if I list what I'm eating right now:
I started taking it a few days ago for red ginseng-aquatic coldness and blood circulation improvement.
Propelis - just propaganda like a panacea, so I take it sometimes.
I've been taking it for more than a month because it cures the side effects of ginkgo extract and propecia.
Beer yeast - I think it's been 5 days, but it definitely feels like my hair is growing fast. There's nothing new yet.
It was extracted from selenium-beer yeast, and it tastes the same as beer yeast and is almost the same substance.
Ikuol - I just arrived and took one. It's an isoflavone with improved effects, and it's the one I'm most looking forward to.
Biotin - this guy seems to have been eating for 5 months and doesn't seem to have much impact.
Isoflavone - I've been eating for three days.
Sopalmetto - my prostate was bad even before my hair loss. I've just been eating it for months.
I don't have it in the other photos, but I'm also taking zinc, copper, vitamin cd, and iron.
I also eat a lot of bean rice, focusing on salmon, asparagus, tofu, soybean paste, seaweed, and seaweed that are good for the head.
I go to the gym and run 5km a day (I'm also abstaining) and I'm also using alpecine.
It's been about two weeks since I've built all these lifestyles, and I'm going to think about living like this for a year and try to improve the progress over time. Thank you for reading the long post.
