hi~
I'm a woman in my early 30s,
I got married two years ago, and I lost more than 100 hair a day since a few months before the wedding. I was very stressed out,
Fortunately, I'm feeling better now (though I don't count it) and I think I'm losing about 50 a day.
I don't think shampoo alone can cure hair loss crying
In my case, I got 12 Dr. 4 Hair scalp care sessions (about 800,000 won) for about 3 months, and I sprayed elcranel in the morning and minoxil in the evening... I've also taken Pansidil for about six months.
However, even though shampoo can't cure hair loss, it's definitely bad for scalp health if you use a shampoo that contains a lot of chemicals. So if the ingredients are good or if it's a little effective, I changed this and that, but I'm not sure which shampoo helped with hair loss, but I'll share it with you based on the feeling of use and the points you need to be careful of
1. Polten Women's Shampoo (slightly effective but bad cost-effectiveness)
- Maybe it's because Polten women's shampoos are expensive.. I thought it would be very helpful for hair loss, so I decided to buy about 4 bottles at once,
First of all, I used 4 bottles for more than 6 months, and in the meantime, my hair loss improved, so I think it had a little positive effect.
But the problem is that there's really no foam, you have to rub it hard in your hand, so it's going to be even harder for people with long hair to use,
So I only rubbed my scalp on the side and used a different shampoo that bubbles well at the end of my hair
It doesn't have a cool effect, but it doesn't get stiff I think it should be considered that the feeling of use is appropriate.
2. Cicatri Shampoo (It didn't work when you had severe hair loss, the ingredients are good)
- Cicatri shampoo is advertised as a natural shampoo, and all ingredients are disclosed,
Strangely, I lost more hair when I wore this...
When I inquired on the website, I heard that the first 1-2 weeks are an adjustment period, so I could lose a little more hair, but I stopped using it because I couldn't see any more hair loss for 1-2 weeks due to hair loss crying
And one other disadvantage is that I have to do it twice because my hair is so stiff after shampooing once, so I couldn't use it again because I was lazy...
However, when I used it after my hair loss improved, I didn't have any special problems, I think I was definitely stressed out by marriage at that time.
It is said to be a natural ingredient, but there is also a Mensol ingredient, so when I use it, I feel angry and my scalp is cool.
3. Therapy Shampoo & Treatment (Strong Mensol Effect)
- I only received samples and used the therapy, but the angry feeling is similar to number 2 Sicatri.
In particular, the oily green capillary shampoo is effective enough to tingle when the water is lukewarm when rinsing.^^ Mensol effect is the best.
This wasn't bad when I used the sample, but I bought so many shampoos that I couldn't use them
Uniquely, it's brown like herbal medicine Both shampoo treatments.
4. TS Shampoo (Worst Shampoo or Renewal)
- I've used premium ts and all new ts, but strangely, the previous version of premium is better for volume and smell -_- All new has a weird chemical scent, so I can't really use it, and my bangs are getting cakey... Premiums can be bought cheaply at home shopping or something, so I think it's okay for maintenance.
5. The first generation of Polyzen Shampoo (My face stings)
- After shampooing, my face gets hot sometimes That's why I threw it away after using it a few times...
The ingredients and the feeling of use are very similar to TS Shampoo, so I think TS is better only for polygen use.
6. 3rd Generation Polyzen Shampoo (I've just used it, but it looks good)
- Polyzen shampoo was renewed into the third generation with a unique technology called liposome, so we are using a 100mm sample,
The texture and texture are completely different from conventional polygen shampoos It turned into a translucent green, not an opaque white,
However, I think I need to rinse my hair a little longer when I wash it, I think we need to wait and see for the effect! I'm willing to continue using polygen in the future because it's as good as TS.
7. BioMed C/D Shampoo (No trouble and good volume)
- It's the shampoo I'm using the most right now, and it smells good and has good volume after washing it, so I keep using it Should I say it's a texture that's not too burdensome to use even for long hair? I recommend you to buy this at home shopping!
Was it paraben-free, unsulfate-free, and fragrance-free? Anyway, I think it's more than basic because I'm advertising because it doesn't contain bad ingredients.
8. Renee Whiter Shampoo (not recommended because it contains sulfate)
- I used a shampoo with green grains in Renee Whitter, but it contains sulfate, which is considered a bad chemical, so I threw it away after a while ㅠ Of course, there may be some shampoos that have not been disclosed because they are non-medical products
9. Avalon biotin shampoo (cost-effective but not non-drug)
- Avalon biotin shampoo can be purchased for less than 10,000 won, and I used it because it contains biotin, but I don't use it now because it's not a quasi-drug, especially this shampoo is a natural shampoo, so it's very dry... However, it's one of the mild shampoos that has all the ingredients revealed, so if you don't have severe hair loss, you can use this shampoo with treatment.
10. Avalon biotin treatment
- It's a treatment I'm still using, and the biggest advantage of this treatment is volume! It's good because if you do it on the front, the volume will come out and the treatment doesn't have a unique slippery feeling! But since it's not slippery, it doesn't really work on damaged hair. So, apply this treatment only on the scalp and above the head and if it's long hair, it's good to use a different sliding treatment at the end of the head
11. Cheongmijeong Black Grain Treatment (Mild organic treatment, I recommend it because it's a little bit less cost-effective!)
- The Cheongmijeong black grain treatment is about 30,000 won for 500mm, so the price is a little strong, but the ingredients are very nice, so I used about 2 bottles. I want to try shampoo, but unfortunately, I think it would be better to use a non-medical shampoo. I think it would be good to use it with other non-medical shampoos I used it with Avalon to apply it to the lower part of my hair as mentioned in No. 10^^ It's slippery compared to Avalon, but it's washed well compared to other normal treatments~~
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've been using it for a long time, but I've used 4 products so far: Polyzen Shampoo 3rd Generation, Biomed C/D Shampoo, Avalon Biotin Treatment, and Cheongmijeong Black Grain Treatment.
As I wrote above, it's good to treat hair loss, but I think it's good to treat basic hair loss with drugs Use shampoo or treatment mainly natural products without bad ingredients to find scalp health!
