[Hair Loss Shampoo & Tonic] Anyone else suffering from seborrheic dermatitis?

I've had scalp pimples since about a decade ago
I didn't have any inconvenience in living

But the dead skin cells called dandruff fell off, so I visited the skin hospital once or twice
I don't remember the name, but I remember using shampoo related to seborrheic dermatitis
But I don't think these things had that much effect either

Recently, I feel like I'm losing a lot of my hair. Maybe seborrheic dermatitis is one of the big factors, right?
I want to go to a hair loss hospital and get a proper prescription, but it's a little far from living in the countryside..
I think it would be a waste of money to go to the local dermatologist because they would prescribe me shampoo or medicine that would be less effective in the past...

I'm going to change my eating habits and shampoo habits from DAEDAMO.
Would it be wiser to visit a hair loss hospital?

Also, when I shampoo, I wash every corner of my scalp with my fingers, leave it for 1-2 minutes, and rinse it with water. Is it right to do it properly?
