[Hair Loss Shampoo & Tonic] Does anyone use Leonolgrel shampoo?

I have seborrheic oily skin that has very big dead skin cells, and as it progresses, hundreds of tiny dandruffs like flour fall down. In a way, I think that's the early symptom of hair loss. Anyway, I use mobile transplants and shampoo Leonolgrel, but the dandruff disappeared like a lie. However, 600-800ml of shampoo on the market can be bought between 5000-13,000, while 200ml of shampoo is 60,000 won. It works really well, but I can't find a shampoo to replace it. What's the difference between this shampoo and what's on the market? Is there anyone who used it like me and replaced it with something else? I'm running out of it and I'm wondering if I should buy it or not because of the price..
