Actually, I'm not that good at evaluating anyone, so please understand.
In my view, I don't think food has a significant impact on hair loss if you avoid instant foods and eat balanced meals without being overly picky about fatty foods. And I think eating natural food helps prevent hair loss.

If you go to Boseong, Jeollanam-do, which is famous for its green tea village, you have seen the villagers pick green tea leaves, put them in their mouths, and chew them. As far as I know, eating green tea directly is more effective than boiling it.

Although the caffeine content of green tea is higher than that of coffee, if you brew tea at a low temperature, only 60-70% of the caffeine in the tea leaves comes out, so caffeine green tea is much less in a cup than coffee. When comparing the caffeine content of a cup, tea is usually about 27mg, while coffee is 66mg, far more than green tea.

In addition, in green tea, catechin and deanine, which are not contained in coffee, are combined with caffeine to make caffeine insoluble or inhibit its activity, so there is no side effect such as coffee. Seasonally, green tea grown in summer has a high caffeine content, and in the case of shading, caffeine increases.

Caffeine in coffee and green tea is the same caffeine due to its composition structure. However, the caffeine content is different, and there is a big difference in the effect on the body. Instant coffee usually contains 3.3% of caffeine, usually 68-120mg of caffeine per cup, while green tea contains only about 1/3 of coffee, which is about 27mg of caffeine. In addition, the astringent catechin component that is not contained in coffee combines with caffeine to interfere with absorption in the body, and there are no side effects like coffee because the amino acid deanine inhibits caffeine's activity.

Even if it contains caffeine, green tea has a very small amount of absorption in the body, and rather reduces cholesterol, preventing high blood pressure or heart disease.

Although green tea also contains caffeine, Japanese clinical studies show that it is effective in preventing low-weight babies from giving birth if pregnant women continue to drink green tea even if they are pregnant due to low absorption in the body and high supply of minerals such as zinc.
Therefore, during pregnancy, it is recommended to brew green tea at a lower temperature than coffee so that it is less caffeine, and cool down a little bit of water.

And since green tea contains only about 60% of the nutrients from green tea when you first brew it and 80% of the nutrients from it when you second brew it, if you first brew it and throw it away, you won't feel the real taste of green tea. But don't make too much, and I think it's appropriate to make it 2-3 times and eat it. The second brewed taste is deeper than the first brewed 茶 taste, and the third 茶 taste is enough to savor the end taste. When boiling 茶 like this, you need to wait because you have to control the time well. And there are some people who drink cold tea, but cold tea may have the side effects of making you feel cold and collecting walls.

In addition, brewing too long a time difference oxidizes the ingredients in the tea leaves, weakening the taste and aroma, and oxidizing vitamins C, P, and amino acids, reducing nutritional value. To use tea bag green tea, make sure to boil tap water, cool it down a little, soak it in tea bag and drink it, and I think about 6 cups a day is appropriate. It is said that drinking 6 cups every day can prevent cancer. However, a Japanese study found that residents in areas with higher green tea drinking rates have lower cancer mortality rates than areas with lower green tea drinking rates does not mean that the amount we have to consume to prevent cancer is limited.
I think drinking green tea will be more effective as it naturally melts into your life.

Green tea is also good for hair beauty. For those who have a lot of dandruff or are worried about lack of shine in their hair, it is recommended to provide green tea nutrients to their scalp.
In addition, foods high in animal fat and sugar can increase the blood concentration of DHT, the cause of baldness, so it is recommended to avoid it. Green tea has the effect of inhibiting the production of DHT, helping to prevent hair loss.
For reference, green tea leaves do not need to be discarded after drinking green tea, pour 1 cup of water into 1 tablespoon of green tea waste, boil it until the amount is halved, and massage hair and scalp evenly with juice on cotton or cotton pads.
If you do it consistently every day, the dandruff disappears.

Green tea also suppresses the occurrence of dandruff on the scalp if you make and use green tea lins. For green tea rinses, you can boil green tea residue with water and rinse your hair in this water after shampooing. Green tea has tannic acid that tightens pores and flavonoids that have strong cleaning power, which works to reduce dandruff.
Actually, there is nothing to throw away with green tea.

Today is the day when I think of warm green tea.
I don't know if it's answered.

I've been neglecting for 34 years, resenting the sky, and swallowing tears by myself. And people around us (even family, friends) really don't know how much psychological pain we suffer. The words you say while making fun of each other for fun puts in a dagger.. It was only two months ago that I started being interested in hair loss sites. I think natural therapy from the Great Escape will be very helpful.

And in the summer, I put green tea in hot water first and then cool it down with cold ice. At this time, it doesn't matter if you drink it cold again after all the active ingredients are dissolved from the hot water, right?
