It's not a problem, but based on what's posted here, I'm going to make grain powder using black beans, black sesame brown rice, etc. and mix it with milk, but I have a question.
As far as I know, roasted or burnt savory foods are not good for people with hair loss, but I heard that black beans or black sesame are roasted to make grain powder...
If you stir-fry it, it will taste savory. What should I do...
I don't know if I should just dry it and grind it to make it look like grain powder...
