These days, many companies sell beer yeast too expensive or overpriced, so I write it down like this.
Vitamins and minerals play an important role in hair loss.
These vitamins and minerals are abundant in beer yeast, which is true.
Then, what vitamins and minerals are in beer yeast
Does our body contain as much hair and hair follicles as we need, which is our purpose?
Numbers 1 and 2 present the contents of various minerals and vitamins in 100g of yeast extract.
As a result of extracting nutritional ingredients from 100g of beer yeast, it was confirmed that there were many vitamin b groups and various minerals.
If you just check the figures, you may think there is a sufficient amount of nutritional content, but in reality, it is not.
Not only do we not eat 100g of beer yeast a day, but we don't eat that much because it will have side effects.
It's about 1g to 2g at most, so I wrote down how many hair-related ingredients are in Table 3 based on 2g.
Beer yeast, which needs to be consumed in large amounts to eat about 2 grams, has several nutrients, but does not meet our body's needs sufficiently.
About 90-95% of hair is made up of keratin (protein), which forms structural strength through disulfide bonds of L-Cystine and methionine, sulfur-containing amino acids. L-Cystin is key to keratin synthesis, and B vitamins (biotin, pantothenic acid, etc.) and minerals (zinc, selenium) support the metabolism and growth cycle of hair follicle cells.
That's because eating biotin is also an important ingredient in keratin production.
With this in mind, if you eat nutritional supplements and meals, you will have stronger hair.
Also, nutritional supplements cannot fill up protein, so it will be more helpful if you eat a diet mixed with protein.
Thank you.
