The purpose of this article is to be a little helpful to those who are suffering or starting to suffer like me, and to thank those who have given me information through this cafe, I would like to tell you how I have overcome seborrheic scalp inflammation.
Mid-July 2021
My hair is starting to itch and my hair is soft and calm for some reason? I'm starting to feel it. I was born with a lot of hair, so the top of my head floats, but even though I washed my eyes and looked for it, there was no shaved head in my house, so I started to live off my guard. I think it's because I didn't wash my hair properly, so I start rubbing my scalp tightly when I wash my hair (I'm in big trouble if I rub my scalp tightly)
End of July 2021
When I wash my hair, I lose so much hair that I'm surprised. The scalp is still itchy and red, so I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with seborrheic scalpitis and prescribed cruben medicine and medication to take
Early August 2021
It gets less ticklish only when taking medicine, changes shampoo, doesn't know that the cruben drug is steroids, and uses it whenever it itch, but stops using it after hearing about side effects of steroids
Mid-August 2021
When the first hospital didn't improve, I changed the hospital, got a new prescription, and was prescribed some shampoos and nizoral (taking steroid antibiotics and antifungal drugs for a week)
End of August 2021
I use the shampoo twice a week and take the medicine for one week (steroidal antibiotics and antifungal drugs), and for the next two weeks, I take only antibiotics and antifungal drugs except steroids
Reflexing to take good care of this disease
September 2021
After two weeks, I changed my lifestyle after hearing that I need to improve my lifestyle by taking only 4 weeks of antifungal drugs without antibiotics and continuously using Nizoral shampoo.
Sleeping with a towel on your stomach, sleeping early for 8 hours, diet management, stress management, taking vitamins (no basis), washing and drying your hair thoroughly with lukewarm wind, regular exercise, living space humidity control, drinking a lot of water, smoking, coffee, ice cream cutting, etc
Since the itchiness has gradually decreased since the beginning of September, it is around the end of September, so when I wash my hair, I lose about 10 to 20 hair (I think I lost 30 to 50 hair in severe cases)
Since the end of September, I've been careless and started eating everything I wanted to eat. I skipped medicine once in a while and washed my coffee, and on September 30th, I got the first Moderna shot.
early October
As the saying goes, you have to take responsibility for your actions, your carelessness + vaccine = Your hair falls like a maple leaf in November as your scalp turns upside down
I thought I should manage it again, but it didn't improve well
mid-October
It got worse and spread to the face (ㅠ) I was prescribed face application medicine and took antibiotics and antifungal drugs again, and I didn't go outside because the mask was bad for my skin's boredom.
It's too much, so you have to follow your lifestyle and diet thoroughly (I think it's delicious) I don't think I ate much food that I thought of)
the end of October
Facial boredom subsides a lot
My scalp is still itchy, but I think it's less hair loss than when it's really severe
Diet control, lifestyle, medicine, stress management
November
The face is red, but the itchiness and sebum light are almost gone
When the number of hair that is also losing the scalp disappears, the itchiness of 10 to 20 almost disappears, and I stopped taking antibiotics and only took antifungal drugs from early November, but I didn't take antifungal drugs. The medicine I take has been out of business since mid-November. Ordering bbq golden olives in the sense of having a hard time in mid-November. Of course, the next day was fine
I'm writing now
Unless you decide to binge on fatty foods and sweet foods, you don't seem to react to boredom. I've been eating well since I got better with ramen, chicken, etc
I don't take medicine
Maybe it's because I've been sleeping late and dry lately, but I've gotten a little bored on my face a week ago, but I've been sleeping early while applying ointment and managing humidity, so I've improved a lot.
It's important to change a lot of pillows, but I'm lazy, so I put a towel on itBut it was nice
I usually drink a lot of water (more than 3 liters a day), so I drink coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, and I don't control the rest of my diet
It's gotten a lot better, but my scalp is itchy a little bit, but it's enough to endure it, so I've been careful and asked the doctor about getting a permSo if my hair is a little longer, I'm going to get a perm and go back to my daily life Also, the hair loss grew again, but I think it grew about 85 to 90 percent, not 100 percent. There's no cure, so I'll have to take care of it(sighing)
I think the most important point is to improve your lifestyle while taking medicine and controlling pain.
Thank you for reading the long post. If you have any questions, please ask me in the comments and I will answer them sincerely. Let's all overcome boredom!!
