It's been a week since I started with a single 1.25mg of ungreen tablets.

Dropout amount is 20-30 before eating (to take a shower and dry)
I think I'm losing a little more to 30-40 today. The start of shading?I think that's what it is.

Side effect: My heart felt sour for the first 2-3 days, but now it's gone. Edema and other side effects are not felt so far.
