[Finasteride] 프카복용후 피부에서 고름나는분 있나요?

프카복용한지 얼마안된 뉴비입니다.
일주일째인가 손에 조그마한 여드름이 나길래 그냥 냅뒀더니
이게 점점 곪아서 고름으로 변하더군요. 한번 짜니까 한번에 끝나지않고
한 4~5일정도 계속 고름이 나오고 짜고를 반복했습니다.
그러다가 다리에 상처를 입었는데 몇일전 걷다가 상당히 통증을느꺼셔 보니까 긁히고 딱지 않은 부분근처에 크고작은 고름이 4~5개 정도가 있더군요
걸을때마다 다리에 압력이 가서 고름을 압박하니 정말 통증이 심하네요
오늘 한번 짜주기는했는데 저번에 손에 난거 처럼 몇번은 반복해야할지 모르겠습니다. 다른글들을 검색해보니 대부분 머리에 나던데 저는 몸전체에 나는군요. 다행이 아직 얼굴은 괜찮지만 걱정이 많이 되네요. 글을 쓰다 다시 보니 엉덩이 허벅지 등에도 조그마한 고름이 잡힌 것들이 있네요. 휴...이거 대체 머리빠지는거 막을려다 피부 다 상하는거 아닌지 모르겠습니다. 저랑 비슷한 경험이 있으신분있으면 꼭좀 답변부탁드립니다.

현재 먹고있는건 프페+밀크시슬+gmc 멀티비타민+비요틴 2500 입니다.
