I'm a man in his 30s who just passed 2 years ago. I've been eating one pill for a year, but I haven't been drinking since about 6 months ago.. So on the weekend, I almost skipped.. That's how I ate it.

The current state is similar to 5 years ago when hair loss first started.. It makes little difference.. Did it get a little better?

Here's the question.. If you look here and there, there are people who eat it every 2 days..Can I have it every other day?

If I take it every 2 days and feel my hair fall out, will it go back to its original state?

And how can I confirm that my hair is falling out?? I check with the mirror every day, but there's no difference.ㅡㅡ+

I've already given up on the side effects..I'm worried about the introduction, but I heard that my hair will lose in the second frame
I want to take it once and slow it down as much as possible... And as you get older, your hormones decrease.. then
