I've been working out steadily for a year since last year and lost 8 kilograms of body fat.
I did 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training at the gym.
But I've gained 4 kilograms since I've been eating hard for the past 1 to 2 months.
I'm confident of losing body fat for a long time, but I want to know what is an effective exercise method to lose body fat for a month or two now that the weather is hot and clothes are thinning.
My limitation is that I can go to the gym three times a week, and I can work out for up to an hour at a time
Is it better to do cardio only? Is it better to do anaerobic and aerobic exercises together?
From the beginning of July, we will do anaerobic work at the same time. You have time to spare.
