It's only been 23 days since the surgery.
I play futsal once a week for about 2 hours at night
Is there any problem with taking care of my hair??
I don't play futsal after the surgery
If I do, can I do it right away from next week, which is a month from now???
And I do run to the point where I'm tired...Is it okay to do that?
